Chef Desha Paranavithana
Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Desha’s down south upbringing and his unwavering
enthusiasm to excel in cookery undoubtedly stand as the recipe for his success. He
received his formal training at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne, but his
grandmother and his mother were his first teachers of culinary arts. His extensive
experience as a chef in various restaurants including Mulgrave Country club,
restaurants in UAE and his fiery drive to provide the best of the best Sri Lankan food
have paved his path to be a renowned restaurateur and a caterer of Sri Lankan food
in Melbourne, Australia.
